BIOGRAPHY Thierry Tea is Vice President of OCIC Group and Chairman of PhilJets, a serial entrepreneur and investor driving innovation and sustainability in Cambodia. He has founded 10 companies and led both startups and multinationals, including Airbus in Southeast Asia, contributing to the sales of more than 100 planes, 100 helicopters, and 100 properties across Asia. Thierry has made 20 investments spanning aviation, technology, fintech, logistics, and real estate. He holds executive education credentials from Harvard and INSEAD, as well as a Master’s degree from INSEEC France. He also serves as a visiting lecturer at Camtech University.
