BIOGRAPHY Rothsethamony Seng is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bamnang Housing, a first Cambodian student accommodation proptech company focused on providing safe and affordable housing for students and young professionals while integrating mentorship and community building through AI-powered roommate and mentor matching services. In addition to her entrepreneurial role, Rothsethamony serves as Public Relations Manager at the Digital Government Committee (DGC), where she works to bring Cambodian digital government products and innovations to the global stage. She also contributes as a Senior Specialist Consultant at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), working to ensure that at least one person in every Cambodian household is equipped with essential digital skills for digital citizenship, promoting digital transformation, promoting the interest-free student loans for digital skills development, and providing mentorship to students.

Rothsethamony Seng holds a second master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, specializing in Global, International, and Comparative Education, while cross-registering at Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School, and MIT Sloan Management. She received her first master’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Comparative Politics and International Relations from Northern Illinois University, where she received the honor of Outstanding Contribution to International Education. She graduated summa cum laude from the American University of Phnom Penh with a bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs and a minor in Economics. Furthermore, she is a YSEALI alumna in Civic Engagement with her project on the International Youth Club at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and she completed a Technology & Entrepreneurship Specialization Business Certificate from Arizona State University.
