BIOGRAPHY As an HR professional, Arnie works as a People and Organizational Development Consultant. He has worked in the capacity of an HR Advisor, a Vice President, an Assistant Director, a Senior Division Manager, a Division Manager, an Education Development Manager in different HR functions in different types of organizations. He has facilitated workshops and has designed development programs for almost 20 years.
