BIOGRAPHY Bodalin Heng is the Youth Leader & Co-Founder of Breakthrough, a youth-led movement in Cambodia amplifying young voices and challenging gender inequality. Growing up in a society where girls were often told to stay quiet, she transformed her questions into action by creating safe spaces for youth and representing Cambodia on national, regional, and global platforms. With more than five years of experience in gender advocacy, Dalin leads programs that empower young people—especially young women—with leadership skills, while also documenting women’s experiences with climate change and migration. Her journey reflects how resilience and reinvention can begin with a single voice.
